Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Mask To Crush Your Occasional Zits Ba-Bye

Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Mask Review

Amongst life’s little pleasures, a facial sheet mask isn’t something I look forward to pampering my skin with. Not that I don’t believe it works, I just feel it is unnecessary and drippy. Plus if your 14-step skincare routine does not yet make your skin dewy and soothed, you might just as well stick to water cleansing, honey 😛

Enter the occasional hormonal breakouts. If you’re like me who experience fluctuations in their estrogen and progesterone levels depending on your stress level or sleeping habits or just life being good at throwing coincidences, chances are you’ve been visited by one or two or sometimes 2 x 2 hormonal bumps at the most exciting time of the month. Hells yez!

Worry no more lovelies, our savior is born.

Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Mask Review
This is literally the first facial sheet mask I’ve featured and for those who are new to my blog, please know that I don’t normally review skincare products I don’t use and I don’t recommend. This retails for SGD 4.30 per mask or Php 160.

CHECK POINTS:

+ Cruelty-free
+ Vegan Friendly
+ Ethanol-free
+ Paraben-free
+ Silicon-free
+ Steroid-free
+ Artificial coloring-free
+ Artificial fragrance-free

This Midnight Blue Calming Mask does kiss my entitled hormonal zissums goodbye. As in “Hello Love Goodbye”, “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow”, “Pimp, Gone Too Soon”….forgotten. Not a trace.

I am not even exaggerating.

Here’s how it works (for me):

1.) It’s that time of the month and a pesky, hard bump lurk under my skin and seemingly never come to a head. How do you even squeeze that out? Don’t. Ever.

2.) After my minimalist skincare routine, I put on the Midnight Blue Calming face sheet mask at night (20 mins) and the next day, the almost there pimp has voluntarily surrendered, redness is gone and, by the second round of using this mask, I can now move on with life.

Has this changed my thinking about face sheet masks? As a targeted treatment for specific skin concerns, YES. Will I use face sheet masks for its (highly-marketed) skin brightening promises? NO. I have a reliable serum for that.

That’s it for now, lovelies. We found a new skincare gem. South Korea keeps saving our skin with their naturally effective ingredients that are safe and non-irritating.

I have been following your blog and was wondering when will you post about sheet msks since its been a staple for years. I haven’t tried Dear Klairs yet but it’s has a special following base here in MY. I heard it is for the extremely sensitive skin, and seeing your post makes me wanna splurge on their cult products.

Hey Gerjette, good to know you’re looking into trying Klairs products. I think you know how much I raved about Missha skincare and Estee Lauder’s ANR in the past. I still am a believer of those specific skin gems.
Dear Klairs is my latest HG because they cater to the most sensitive skin plus the Midnight Blue line really does wonders to my occasionally angry skin in just a matter of few days. I will be posting about my comprehensive klairs routine soon!

      Thanks for staying in touch.

I am a guy and been using dear klairs products for 3 years straight. Turning 37 soon and my skin has never been better. Klairs is not overhyped and I hope it stays like that. They don’t even engage celebs to promote their products because they know and we know they do work. You will not regret switching from your old skin care bff to klairs.

Looking forward to more dear klairs happy skin reviews. Subscribed!

    Hi Breachelle,
I’m new to your blog and found you while doing my research for a good skincare routine. I wish you can post about your full step routine soon. I am new to Korean products and would love a little help from someone who is passionate about these things. I read your SK 2 post and wondering if you still use those products along with Klairs.
